Canadian Developments Around the Use of Student Opinion Surveys

There have been some recent developments in Canada with respect to the use of Student Opinion Surveys that should be of interest to members. We have prepared a report on the Kaplan arbitration decision, the OCUFA report, and the provisions in Western’s new collective agreement.
